The mission of the North Georgia Alumni Association is to connect, engage, and support North Georgia alumni while supporting the mission and goals of the university.
What does the Alumni Association do?
- Promotes fellowship among alumni
- Cultivates leadership and financial support for university priorities
- Seeks to increase the percentage of alumni involved in on-and-off campus programs
- Identifies and cultivates future alumni leaders
Are all alumni considered members?
No. The North Georgia Alumni Association is a dues based membership program. Anyone who completed at least 2 semesters of course work are considered alumni of North Georgia. If you would like to become a member of the Alumni Association, you may join here.

How can Alumni Association members help North Georgia?
As proud North Georgia graduates and members of the Alumni Association, you can help maintain strong connections to your alma mater by attending North Georgia events regularly and staying in touch with your classmates. In addition, renewing your membership annually helps the Association produce a variety of events, recognize deserving alumni, students and faculty, and spread the word about North Georgia.
Where is the Office of Alumni Relations located?
The Office of Alumni Relations is located on the 3rd floor of the Downtown Office Building (BB&T) at 60 West Main Street. Alumni are welcome to visit M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
